Hi, I had the same problem.

Sometimes this error may occur when you create product and price condition with different log on language.

In my case:

1) I log on with RU language and create product. Then log off from the SAP.

2) I log on with EN language and try to enter price condition, but get error "Sales organization  ***  does not exist".

3) I log on with RU language and sucsessfully create price condition.

How to copy/send/replicate Business Partners from CRM to CRM with ALE?

Dear All,

 

We should update BP (business partners, BUT000) in our QA-System with PB data from productive system.

 

How to do it with ALE? or any other method?

 

I found transaction CRMM_BUPA_SEND. But how can I add another site on the site list which pops up?

I couldn't find any transaction to do that. Is seems is is not in SM59.

Hi Markus,

 

Not sure if is the best approach, I don't like the idea of "integrate" a QA system with a Prod system and I never did it,  I would rather extract the info in a flat file from productive and load the info with a custom program or SXDA+LSWM+XIF.

I have the same problem when copy customer from ecc to crm.

I deleted the data (00001321 IS-CS, DE_KTOKD IS-CS)in the table TBE31(ECC), then this problem is solved.

Hi Neha,

If you go for BUTADRSEARCH, you can include your own field if it's one-to-one to BP or address number. See my post http://scn.sap.com/message/14561007 for more details.

Later you just need to build database indices for your queries. You can also consider keeping the objects in the separate database buffer pool, if you DB supports this.

Hi,

There are two scenarios..

1. we are creating quotation --> Replicating quote to ECC --> Create SO in ECC --> SO gets replicated in CRM --> Delivery in ECC --> Billing in ECC ---> In this case after SO status set to completed (after completing delivery) SO status in CRM also get completed. In CRM for user status Completed we have asigned system status as FINI.

 

2. we are creating quotation --> Replicating quote to ECC --> Create SO in ECC --> SO gets replicated in CRM --> Assign PS WBS elelemnt -->Delivery in ECC --> Billing in ECC ---> In this case after SO status set to completed (after completing delivery) but SO status in CRM doesn't change completed. In CRM for user status Completed we have asigned system status as FINI.

 

In both the cases quotation types and SO types are different but all types of profiles assigned are same. it is happening in scenario 1 but not in scenario 2. Is it due to PS integration?

 

Middleware setting are correct.

Hi Saima,

 

can you identify it with the user (creator) or Change user column via smw01? I mean we do a lots of send requests and the user is allways informed

Thanks for a quick reply

 

When it's a Direct send Bdoc then we can't see anything in the queue or the user coloums...they r blank. The queue name is most important for us as the user column wudn't give us much info anyways. Do u know a setting or somethin so that we can see the queue name also for direct send bdocs?

Sorry, no clue  I never dealt with direct sends,   I dealt with request sends those store the user

Sales order not replicated in ECC from CRM

Hi,

 

I am facing a production error some of the  sales order are not  replicated  from crm to ecc .

I have checked smq1,smq2,smw01,smw02,slgi but no error message is there even there is no dump regarding the same.

In crmd_order there is no error display but document flow is not enable and in status tab R/3 Transfer and R/3 status  shows( A error in Distribution) & user/system  status (Open and  contains error) .

Checking the same in smw01 queue shows confirmed (fully processed) ,checking the same in glass icon its shows ERP adapter is called,No upload into ERP.

 

Kindly suggest .

Hello Saima,

 

unfortunately we never found a solution for that problem even spending quite some time finding one. We finally restricted the direct send to only a few admin users, since then we never had problems with direct sends any more.

In ECC there is process to use the SAP standard fields in pricing catalog, I am expecting similar process in CRM, I think something we are missing here.

Hi Sai,

 

This is too late to reply this post, but to let everyone know about the issue I am posting here.

 

Start new UI session and put breakpoint at BUPR_EMPLO_DELETE and check parameter IV_X_SAVE everytime, till you get the error message. The parameter IV_X_SAVE should be same/consistent (either ' ' or 'X') in whole Logical Unit of Work. It should not change in between.

 

I faced the same kind of problem and found that standard was passing IV_X_SAVE = ' ' and in our custom code we were passing IV_X_SAVE = 'X'. I changed it to IV_X_SAVE = ' ' and my problem got resolved.

 

You can try the same. Please post the alternate solution if you find it.

Unable to insert notes in accounts in WebUI

Hi Expert,

    I am able to insert any notes in any accounts (individual, coporate or group account). I am able to see my customizing for text types but i am able to insert any notes under these text types. Please advise how can i overcome this problem.

Can you please check the transaction control for status . or else you can try to edit the transaction and save it again .

 

 

Please confirm , All the accounts you are using in transaction are available on both system.
