Re: Sales order status not replicated from ECC to CRM

there can be multiple possibilities here.

1) you should check the queue's for sales orders in Tx. SMW01.

2) you also need to check the subscriptions for business transactions in Tx. SMOEAC.

3)  most importantly verify with your developers if there is restriction in place with regards to sales orders status implemented with respect to order replication. (Badi;s to check { in CRM} are

CRM_ORDERADM_H_BADI ;  ORDER_SAVE).

Hi Nirnjan,

I think you should create a new Z field (even if you are refering a standad field)  and then map the standard field from ECC to the Z field in CRM.

As  you already saw if you create a field withou Z or Y the system take it as standard field and you won't be able to put it in a custom package.

Please check this post I think will be useful to you.

Hi Nikhil,

In Transaction R3AC1, In CRM System ,maintain the following two tables for the

SALESDOCUMENT object in 'Tables/Structures Within Object' tab: THEAD, TLINE

Hope this will resolve your issue.

Re: Execution of duplicate check

Hi Andrei,

I ran into this thread while searching for information about duplicate check based on email address. And even if it's quite old, I wanted to leave a note with my findings, because your point #2 is exactly what SAP has released in the following OSS note to enable duplicate check based on email and tel number:

1836711  - HANA: Duplicate Check -1-

So I guess you have now the confirmation that your solution is spot on.

;-)

Cheers,

Nick.

Re: Query on Material Replication ECC- CRM

Hi Atul,

a) No, that should not be necessary. The replication should start automatically based and be filter criteria you have defined on the CRM side.

b) Right.

Its should replicate automatically if you have done the initial load through Tx. R3AS because it will update the events table automatically for delta download.

Hi Atul,

If initial load done properly, then delta load will come into picture and what ever changes done to material on R/3 side will be replicated to CRM system.

Dear Venkat,

Thank you very much for your reply.  I will surely do as per your inputs.

1. I would just like to know that If I set the filters for KNVP-VKORG, KNVV-VKORG in CUSTOMER_MAIN and KNVP-VKORG, KNVV-VKORG in CUSTOMER_REL, cant i replicate customer masters and relations into CRM?

2. If i want to replicate customers from some other sales organizations in future, how can i do that? Do I have to change these filter setting values?  If it is yes, will there be any impact on delta load if i change the filter settings?

Regards,

Maddy

Hi Maddy,

2) Yes, you add the new sales org. to the filter. The delta load should start after the update. If you need to transfer all the data for the new sales org. to crm do a request.

Hi Atul,

you have to first check whether the inital load has been executed successfully using the transaction R3AS, once it is verified the delta load starts automatically which replicates the data whenever any changes are made.

Hi Niels,

you can use Tx. R3AM1 to monitor the status of the load.

Hi Atul,

If you have activated the download objects properly then you need not to run the downloads again and again. After initial download you data will replicates automatically when ever you will crate or change in material master at ECC.

Hi Maddy,

If you have set the filters, only the relations and customers adhering to this filter will be downloaded. If you have set the filters, then delta will also be impacted. You will have to reset them later after the download is completed.

Once you reset the filters normal service resumes i.e., all the customer and relationship data will be replicated while delta load is happening.

Hi,

Primary need of CRM Middleware : Data is exchanged between the CRM system and a connected SAP R/3 backend system primarily via the CRM middleware.

When you need CRM Middleware : If CRM system connected with R/3

The SAP CRM system as a central CRM server with its application

components

• The SAP CRM system as a central CRM server with its application components

• SAP R/3 as a back-end system with proven ERP functions

Re: Filter for Middle ware Object KTOKD in SAP CRM

Hello Jorge,

The issue is answered, you need not do any development for the same, this can be solved through filters maintained as part of SAP CRM middle ware.

Following is the solution which you need to do

Go to tcode R3AC3 Click on object DNL_CUST_KTOKD

Untitled.png.1.png

Click on tables and structures and ensure that you maintain the filter for both the tables, T077D, T077X as shown below.

Untitled.png.15.png

Hit the filter setting and maintain the required account groups which needs to be downloaded to SAP CRM.

Untitled.png.20.png

Run the initial load again in tcode r3as object DNL_CUST_KTOKD

Untitled.png.25.png

Once you perform the above mentioned steps only the required account groups will appear in SAP CRM.

Kind Regards

Atul
