Hi Brandon,

You are using a wrong transaction. Transaction CRMM_BUPA_MAP is used to send Business partner data from CRM to ERP system.

You need to perform request download for business partner to load partner from ERP to CRM.Please follow below step to do so.

Step 1. Open transaction R3AR2 to create a request

Step2: Execute transaction by tcode R3AR4

Step 3: Monitor the request with tcode R3AR3.

Step 4: If request turn green you will need to click on below icon to see the Bdocs detail
