Middleware issue Jurisdiction code could not be determined error in order

Hi Experts,

 

I created a sales order in CRM, but it is not getting replicated to ECC as getting "Error in system PRDCLNT100 while copying the document" error message in order, if I check the details it showing the message as Jurisdiction code could not be determined (Notification E F2 217) (Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020) and the relevant bdoc is in yellow, if I look at the error message it saying as "The item is not to Invoiced"

 

Please help me on this issue as what is missing here.

I also have the question about replicating "CIN Details" into the CRM Business Partner. Documentation seems to say only Tax Category IN2 is to be used on the BP side.  Where does the other CIN information go?

Hello Venkat,

 

This Bdoc error is usually caused due to the changes made in the table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU.

It could also be due to Zmodules so please ensure that the entries in the CRM table are as per the note: 757955.

Thanks for your response. I just want to know more about the purpose of this table (TRFCQDATA), why we use this table, if we delete the entries will there be any impact on other objects.

Hi Friends,

 

I am getting the below bdoc error message in SMW01, could you please help me why it's happening and what could be the issue as we having correct middleware settings in place.

 

"Partner XXXXX has already been created for customer XXXXX"

unprocessed bdocs in SMW01

Hi Friends,

 

I am having many Intermediate state bdocs in SMW01 and these entries occupying more space in the database and causing the performance issue in CRM. Please let me know how to handle this kind of bdocs.

Hi Venkat,

 

this is indicating that something occurred on the replication roundtrip. If the BDocs should have gone to ERP and back, then either BDocs or qRFC calls are stuck somewhere or even dumped. So check:

 

  • Tx SMQ1 in CRM (outbound queue), tx SM58 in CRM (outbound tRFC).
  • Tx SMQ1 in ERP, tx SM58 in ERP.
  • Tx SMQ2 in CRM (inbound queue),
  • Tx ST22 in both CRM, ERP, maybe there are many dumps related to "yellow" Bdcs in SMW01

Thanks for your quick response.

As you said, I checked SMQ1 and SMQ2 and SM58 and there are no queues stuck in these transaction and please let me know how to check dumps related to Bdocs in ST22?

Hi Alll,

 

My issue is resolved, it was happening due to sabrix system down. After sabrix coming up, I edited and saved orders in CRM and they got replicated to ECC. But here I have one doubt, when sabrix was down the order did not replicate to ECC and got two intermediate state (yellow) bdocs in SMW01 and after sabrix coming up and when I edited & saved the orders in CRM, I got green bdoc, here please let me know what I should do with old yellow bdocs(whether these should be deleted or reprocessed)?

 

Please clarify my query.

Replicate customer relationships from CRM to ECC

Hi gurus,

 

i hope you could help me.

 

Well, currently i setup the replication CRM -> ECC. The data main are fine replicated to ECC like first name, last name, street, phone...

 

Now i need to replicate relationships from CRM to ECC. From CRM the BDoc is generated and sent to ECC, it's work fine ; when i debug, data are present in the structure type BURS_EI_EXTERN.

 

In ECC, the table BDOC_TRACK is updated with the CRM BDoc. Great.

 

The table COM_BUPA_CALL_FU is customizing like this (it's just a view for inbound object BUPR (Business Partner Relationships)  :

Is this setting is correct ? I follow this documentation).

 

What i don't understand is that in the FM COM_BUPA_REL_BP_INBOUND line 63 we have this code :

 

*   Beziehungstypen die im System nicht bekannt sind

*   werden ignoriert !!!!

PERFORM check_reltyp_exist

        USING ls_bp_rel-header-object_instance-relat_category

        CHANGING lv_reltype_not_found.


If i understand correctly it can replicate only type of relationships setup in the table TBZ9 that is also a CRM table.


Can you explain a functional perspective this?

Hi Sai,

 

Too bad it didn't worked. Maybe you can contact SAP Support describing issue and that you've ran SDIMA and both reports indicated in note 703322, they might help/guide you to fix this in a better way than running that function module.

Restart qRFC on READY status

Hello,

 

We have few questions about the status READY for the qRFC in smq1.

 

The qRFC is initialized on Status READY , I can only restart queue manually for obtain RUNNING status.

 

We have actually a job (RSQOWKEX) for restart queue in error status (SYSFAIL) he work for this status but not for READY status.

 

 

Do you have a method for start or restart automatically qRFC in status READY with Job or other?

 

we speak in French if you have any answers.

Hi Venkat.

 

Traveling at the moment so cannot answer the specifics around the table.

 

But this mass of unprocessed entries. If you delete the entries, the updates that they were going to perform will not occur. Considering the volume you sound like you have some significant system issues.

 

If you delete the entries you made an alternate fix to get your system upto date.

Hi Venkat,

 

you can find the relation by username and timestamp. There would be no hard link, of course, between the BDoc and dump. On the other hand, such a dump is usually indicated by failed entry in outbound or inbound queue.

 

Please, can you share screenshot of the SMW01 with the "yellow" BDoc? Do you have mobile CRM enabled?

Partner Determination is not working as expected

HI Experts,

 

This is regarding Partner determination .

 

Scenario: We are using a Business Activity functionality.  We have some BP types Organizations(sold to party) and we assigned Key Account Manager(Employee relation ship).

 

When user created a Business Activity  with Sold to Party, system should automatically determine the few things:

 

1. Sold to party-----------which is working fine

2.Employee Responsible(the user)--------------which is working fine.

3. Key Account Manager-------------------------It is not working.

 

When I see the log , it is saying that Deadlock exist.

 

Please could you help me , what access sequenece I need to take to make this work.

your first answer lead me to check all installed components in ERP

and we found APPL-GLO component missing which has all refx/CRM interrogation.

 

@ Naveen,

 

I suggest to check ERP components and be sure u already installed

 

EAPPLGLO6070012SAPK-60712INEAPPLGLOGlobalization Extension ERP Financial

 

Then activate business functions FIN_LOC_CI_32.

Please let me know what kind of entries this table (TRFCQDATA) contains and in which case the entry is written in this table. Please give me some more details about this table and how to clear unwanted entries from this table.
