Hi Vaibhav,

Thanks a lot.

I am succeeded in replicating 2 vendor groups from CRM to ECC. but system is throwing an error while i replicate the vendor account from ECC to CRM by editing fields in ECC Vendor account in FK02/XK02 (belongs to Vendor Group ZVEND1).

Why is it happening so? do we have to any thing else?

FYR attaching the Scrren shots.

Once again thanks

Hi Arun,

This problem your are facing due to BP Role ZAGENT and BP Role Category ZVEND1(wrong)

name are different

Keep both name same like SAP standard  BP Role & BP Role Category BBP000

BP Role & BP Role Category = ZAGENT (right)

Thanks,

Hi Prem,

I assume that you have triggered initial load for customers.  If that is the case then -

If you start an initial load(say BUPA_MAIN) and kill it, there's no effect on the system. However your respective data tables would be partially populated.

I hope after killing the BUPA_MAIN initial load process in R3AM1, you had cleared up the queues in your respective CRM system.

To stop forming thousands of queues, just maintain a pertinent block size in R3AC1 for BUPA_MAIN(depending upon the no. of records you want to download).

Hope this will be useful

Thanks and Regards

DJ

1.PNGHi joshi,

Thanks for your reply, my case here is, we are using CRM 7.0 EHP1 and ECC 6.0 EHP6. first CRM system was connected to 040 client and now they changed to 120 client, so i changed site attributes

in SMOEAC by removing 040 RFC destination and now i gave 120 RFC destination. I did initial load for materials, prod hierarchies, customers when it was connected to 040 client. now i want to do the same

for 120 client. But can i do that now, coz it's showing me as initial load already started. Please help me on this.

prem

Hi Vaibhav,

Thanks a lot buddy.

You are right. As you suggested i have created BP Role and BP Category=ZVEND1, now i can replicate 2 vendor groups from CRM<->ECC.

You started the initial load in client 040 but if i'm correct the initial load didn't finish.

First cancel the process in transaction R3AM1 for your object.

Because you already connected the CRM system to a different client, you probably have to remove the record in table CRMMLSGUID in CRM. You can also check to make sure if there is no record in table CRMPRLS in ECC client 120. Check Note 588701 for details.

To clean up you can remove the queues for your object in transaction SMQ2 in ECC client 040.

You should now be able to start the initial load, but I can't tell you what will happen to the items that are already processed with the initial load from client 040.

Hi,

Yes, I think FM CRM_PRODUCT_UI_MAINTAIN can also be used but I haven't tried it.

Hi Raghu,

This KBA should be useful. Its also helpful to know what type of BDocs' are in intermediate state.

1614097 - Composite note on BDoc's stuck in Intermediate/Yellow state.

Dear SAP Experts,

I have the same issue with Deepa. I also use CRM standalone.

I tried using Naresh's recommend IDOC: CRMXIF_PRODUCT_MATERIAL_SAVE

Almost steps are fine until step "Start IDoc Processing". I got this following message:

BDoc Message processing cannot be started. MW not operational!

Message no. SMW3065

Diagnosis

The Middleware is not operational.

System Response

BDoc Message processing by Flow Control cannot be started.

Procedure

Inform your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration

Check transaction MW_CHECK to analyze the cause of inoperational Middleware. Start the appropriate actions to set the Middleware to operational state.

Would you please help us to solve this issue? Is this because of I use CRM standalone means does not have Middeware?

We will really appreciate your help.

Thank you so much in advance!

Best Regards,

Duc Lam.

Hi

Summary

You use IDOC processing tool, for example transaction code LSMW - Legacy System Migration Workbench, the Message type CRMXIF_PRODUCT_MATERIAL_SAVE and the IDOC structure CRMXIF_PRODUCT_MATERIAL_SAVE02 to import products from a tab-delimited textfile into an CRM System. But the following errors occure in step "Start IDoc Processing":
-##Error status 'A ' calling validation service
-##Validation error occurred: Module COM_PRODUCT_MAT_VALIDATE , BDoc type P
-##You have maintained alternative units of measure; enter a base UoM
-##Enter a base unit of measure
-##Enter a logical system

Refer Note 1791125 - Error in import of product data by using IDOC

or for middleware setup use below mention doc  (B01: CRM Generation)http://help.sap.com/saap/sap_bp/BP_CRM_CRM702_XX/HTML/Content_Library_CRM_CRM702_integrated_EN_XX.HTM

Hi  Amit,

Actually i am looking for a solution..

We have dropped this solution of getting data from ecc to crm.Instead we used another system

which is synchronized wit ECC.We used web service to get classifcation details of products.

But I have few ideas after going through some threads.

1.AUSP table s having classifcation data of the product ( field CH_CLASSIFICATION  ).

2.we need to pass the classification data structure (AUSP ) from ECC.

custom user exit should be created to pass this like Z_USER_EXIT_BEFORE_SEND_TO_MW .

3.We are having some restrictions like we cannot fully sync the ecc and crm classificaton data Note: 456868.

Please share if you got a solution for this..

Email ID of Contact Person not replicating properly from CRM to ECC and Vice Versa

$

Hi Experts,

When a contact Person's email ID is edited in CRM, it is replicated from CRM to ECC. Also, if it is edited in ECC, then it is replicated to CRM. Both ways replication happens via BDOCs.

When we rescently upgraded the CRM from 2007 to 7.2, we are facing replication problems.

For eg. If in CRM, if Contact Person is opened in BP tcode and if we edit the email ID field which are presnt in General Data, Then the data in the field gets replicated in ECC's contact person data in Communication Details and Home Address both. But if changed the email ID from Relationship data, it doesn't get replicated anywhere.

In ECC if we edit the Contact Person's email ID field it doesn't get replicated in CRM anywhere(which is happening the reverse way). Neither the BDOC is created for the same. But if we edit the email ID from Home Address of Contact Person in ECC, it gets replicated in CRM in both general data as well as Relationship data(which is not happening the reverse way).

I need to check or rather want a solution for the one the above problem.

Below is the table which can give you better understanding.

Analysis in tabular format:
