Hi Prem,

 

No, we dont have any update program running as such. I also checked the MAX_PARALLEL_PROCESSES parameter with value 5, but still getting the same error.

 

FYI... we tried the same process by reverting back kernel the upgrade and it worked. So this kernel upgrade from 215 to 228 is causing hte problem of this locking issue. Coudl you please suggest further if we need to check any parameter?

How to Replicate material having cross distribution chain material status from ERP to CRM

Dear gurus,

We are trying to replicate material having cross distribution chain material status (MM03- tab Sales: Sales org 1) like Discontd w/o Replace , Discontd w Replacemt,Technical Defect,Blocked. when we perform initial load in crm via R3as material is in running stage. After R3as when i check Bdoc State SMW01-getting an error "No relevant product was found for configuring product xxx" Message no. COM_PRODUCT042.

 

But configuring product xxx is already replicated to CRM.

Hi Rajesh,

 

Did you activated middleware job after upgrade from tcode SMWP ? Secondly it seems an system performance issue directly to me.I have experience after  kernel upgrade  immediatly if you check systme you will find the web ui is taking so much time and system performace also will be very low as the RFC call also will be very slow this is due to the standard packages which kernel needed to load in order to run system transactions. The loading takes some time may be more than 1 Hrs so  in case you checked just after upgrade than it's will be due to load program and Its a well known behavior of the system but in case not than  check which activity has make system busy and have slower down system as a result it's not unlocking transaction frequently.  Tcode SM50. I need some more detail.

 

Are you able to give me any program detail for example BPs only get locked while address update program such cases etc for more analysis in case you find.

Hello,

Im facing the same problem "No Contract Linked" error after assigning data in Counter and Reading assignment block in Service Plan for Contract Item. Please suggest the solution..

 

I have found that contract Item is not getting assigned to BTCounterI Object and hence throwing error message... But how can I make it get the values..??

Hi Jami & Sankara,

 

The error message V1300 is usually raised because the system is not able to handle a sales order that has the complete delivery flag set AND that has more than one delivery group. Please check this and make sure you do not have  more than one delivery group if you want to use the complete delivery flag.

Also check USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE, it can have relationship with this error. Please try to deactivate this USEREXIT.

Hi Jami,

 

The issue is coming due to Delievery group (VBAP-GRKOR) is not set(space) . You can see the order data in VBAP table in ERP system.You can set a debugger in program 'FV45VF0G_GVBAP_LOESCHEN' at line number 48 and check run time data which is passing for the order.

 

Hope this will help you to find the casue of the issue.

Hi Alok,

 

Check the partner assigned to service order should exist in ERP than only it will replicate. It's seems a data issue not middleware setting issue.else provide some more detail.

Transporting Org units from CRM dev to QA through report RHMove30

Hi All,

I have a requirement to create Org Model from dev to other systems thru Transport for which I am using RHmove30 report. My question is after moving the org unit from dev to QA by using this report does the entire Org structure gets copied in ppoma_crm or the report just Transports the Org units and again we have to manually arrange all the Org units in ppoma_crm.

For example--: i have created org unit in dev system as A, under created b & c. Under b i have created d and e.So when i will copy these org units frpm dev to QA only the org units gets copied or the entire structure gets automatically imported in QA as it was in Dev.

Hi Rao

 

The report RHmove30 or you can say transaction PFAL is used to create as well as update sales org from source to destination system all depends what you select in transfer mode i.e Insert or Update.

 

Genrally we use this report in ERP and move the sales org to CRM. This report also can be used to synchronized the sales org structure in CRM if runs as a Job with Update mode.You can update entire sales strucutre or just employee assignment depends what option you have choosed in the report.

 

There is another SAP recommendard report HRALSXSYN which SAP recommend to run in CRM on daily basis to synchornize the Sales Org strucute in CRM from ERP system .

 

Now commnly you copied sales org structure from ERP another option is to go to "SPRO>CRM>Master data>Org management > Trasfer "data option to copy sales org strucutre from ERP to CRM.

 

Incase you wanted to move the sales org structure in CRM quality from Development system yes you can do with transport copy. in this way whole stucture with positions all can be copied to CRM.

Hello Experts,

 

We have an issue in the CRM organization structure where we have the wrong entry at the position level.  When we are trying to delete that entry we are getting the error - No central person is assigned to Business partner. ID 00000000.

 

Please find the screen shot below.  Please suggest on how to delete the entry - any SAP note, configuration etc.

You have to assign one Bp with the role Employee to the central Manger,

  please also check if the user who is performing this transaction have enough authorization. Also check note1543430

We have exactly the same case. Our deadline is very close and the we have figured out that standard function modules are slowing down after processing around 1000 customers. Did you find a solution for migration ? Your comments are highly appreciated.

Hi Gurus,

 

i am new to CRM middleware. i am facing a problem when i practice in CRM system.

when i create sales order in CRM , the order data was sucessfully replicated into SAP ERP. but the CRM order is uneditable in CRM and ERP.

" Document is being distributed; changes are not possible" system message will be popup when i try to edit the CRM order.

and i find, there is an inbound queue named like "R3AD_order#" in CRM system, and it is in Failed status.

the detial information is like following screenshots.

Hi Wang,

 

What about the sites maintained in SMOEAC transaction?. Do you have the sites maintained properly there?. Check the site for CRM there.

Hi Navneet,

 

The BP types can be assigned to BP to further classify your BP's. For instance you could have a scenario where in you have three types of BP types Gold,Silver,Platinum. If a Sales/Service person is to create  a sales/service agreement then they need not create it for individual BPs' rather it can be created and assigned to a BP type of either gold/silver/platinum and then the agreements will correspond to the BP's which have this BP type defined.

It can be used differently in different situations. I've just given you an example. how we can make use of BP type.
