I've just reviewed your first screeshot: and many Bdocs are sent within the same second... so are you using a custom Z program to transfer relationships from ECC to CRM?

yes Nicolas. A custom Z program is being used to upload the relationships into ECC, and in turn they are to replicate into CRM. in smq2, the queues for BUPA_MAIN and BUPA_REL are still running
