We are replicating BP from crm to ISU without any problem. And the customer is created according to the customer in the tcrmbp_refcust table.
The problem is when we create a partner in CRM, tables CRMKUNNR and CRM_BUT_CUSTNO is not updated. Therefore when we try to create a sale order in CRM it's not replicated to ERP. However if we change the BP in FPP2 screen crmkunnr and CRM_BUT_CUSTNO is updated and we can create sale order without any problem.
Even though we have a function which automatically updates the sale and distribution data and we can see the BUPA_MAIN queue in SMW01 from ERP system crmkunnr and CRM_BUT_CUSTNO.
Any ideas how to update the crmkunnr and CRM_BUT_CUSTNO when we create a partner in crm.
