Sorry but can I ask you this first: Are you not making a confusion between customers and employees? Because KNA1 hold the data for customers and not employees. Employees data are stored in PA* tables. And the standard transfering for employees is based on IDocs and not BDocs. If is the employee data that you want to transfer, you must use tcode PFAL in your ERP system.
Maybe your system have a different logic, maybe an employee is also a customer in your system, don't know :/
