Loyalty specific code getting executed when BP is being saved even though loyalty management is not being used in the system.
Solution
If the customer is not using Loyalty Management then following BADI implementations can be de-activated.
1. Name of BADI definition: "PARTNER_UPDATE" & Name of the implementation "LOY_MEMBER_UPDATE".
2. Name of the BADI definition: "ADDRESS_UPDATE" & Name of the implementation "LOY_MEM_ADDR_UPDATE".
To deactivate the BADI implementations please follow the following steps:
1. Goto transaction se18
2. Enter BADI Name as "PARTNER_UPDATE" and click on "Display"
3. Click on the menu, "Implementation->Overview"
4. In the pop-up that appears, double click on the implementation "LOY_MEMBER_UPDATE"
5. Now click on "Edit" icon and then click on the "De-activate" icon. This will de-activate the implementation "LOY_MEMBER_UPDATE"
6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 for the BADI name "ADDRESS_UPDATE" and the implementation name "LOY_MEM_ADDR_UPDATE".
Note: Ensure that the customer is not using Loyalty Management before de-activating the BADI's. If customer is using Loyalty Management then these BADI's need to be Active as mentioned in the note 1178046.
