LSMW - IDOC for BP Migration

Hi,

may I ask you if you can provide me a complete document with detail of LSMW How To for BP and Relationship Data Migration?

I'm looking for:

1) Message Types (e.g. CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE) and Basic Types (e.g. CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE01) used to migrate Business Partners and Relationships

2) Sequence of loading (e.g. step 1 - BP Address, step 2 - BP Marketing Attributes, step 3 - Contact Person, step 4 - Relationship,...)
