There are two options :

1. CRM ACE - A special module under SAP CRM for handling authorizations of objects .

2. BADIs for specific objects like : CRM_UIU_BP_ENHANCEMENT( For BP ) , CRM_ORDER_AUTH_CHECK ( For transactions ).
