I might be worth a try to download the pricing customzing again from ERP like Balieiro suggested.
Please also check the corresponding adapter objets on the CRM side. Transaction R3AC5. Verify if any filters have been set.
Based on your qustion it sounds like the status of the downloads are complete. Are they all green in transaction R3AM1?
What about the status of the inbound queue? When you download is a related inbound queue generated. Transaction SMQ2.
Please also monitor releated BDOCs. Are they okay and contain data? Check transaction SWM01.
Please also consider if there is a mapping issue. Maybe the SLG1 log would provide a hint when you try to download the pricing customizing.
