In the current legacy system of the client there is no connection between the following documents:
Service Order <--> Service confirmation
Service Order<--> Complaints
Complaints <--> returns
After migrating these documents into SAP CRM system can we link these documents together to achieve the document flow, if yes how is this done.
I have never worked on the Data Migration before, any smallest of input will be of a great help!
