Thanks for the reply.
I put breakpoint in the method IF_GENIL_APPL_INTLAY~GET_DYNAMIC_QUERY_RESULT, and control is going there for the Sales and Marketing role.
But for the interaction center role, control is not going in above method.
What would be the reason..? I want to implement this customized search for all roles.
