Hi Remo,
Yes R3AC4 can permanently turn off the delta loads from ECC for BUAG_MAIN , if you mark the flag inactive.
Also , if you have specifically turned on objects from ECC , you can turn business agreements off from ECC table CRMRFCPAR .
