Your filter data looks a little bit strange. Please check note 788822 point 13.

Filters for KNVV-VKORG should be maintained in CUSTOMER_MAIN.

And it should be automatically copied to CUSTOMER_REL.

But you only have this filter for CUSTOMER_MAIN.

Would you please reset the filter and make sure

CRM table SMOFFILTAB and ERP table CRMFILTAB are consistent ?
