Re: Replicate address customer (retail) from ECC to CRM

If you want to the customer addresses are replicated to CRM from ECC, you would need to run initial load object CUSTOMER_MAIN successfully at least once. Then any other delta change from ECC will be downloaded to CRM automatically.

Run initial load for CUSTOMER_MAIN in CRM:

1. T-code R3AS

2. Enter object CUSTOMER_MAIN, destination from ECC to CRM

3. Execute, then monitor the status in R3AM1.

You could also set filters for this object in R3AC1.

As prerequisite, you would need to maintain all the necessary settings in middleware.
