Counter - Error 'No Contract was linked'

Hi All,

I have an error when i try to maintain a Reading for a counter. Note 1701929 is implemented already. Counter is assigned only to one Component of an IBASE

Note: Only one Component and one IBASE exist in current Demo System. Contracts do not exist at all. Attached as Pictures are all Customizing settings I have made.

Scenario: Counter is used to count the Machine Hours for a IBase Component.

Any help is highly appreciated.
