Counter and Readings - Several Issues

Hi All,

I have several problems when trying to use counter and readings.

1. I have created a new Application Group in Tableview CRMC_MPK_APPGRP. But when I try to create counter, the system says that the application

    group is not active. This does not make so much sense to me (see Picture 1).

2. How can I assign this counter to me IBASE? What are the configuration steps to do that?

3. When I try to maintain a reading for my counter i got only the error message 'No Contract linked was linked. In SAP Note 1701929 it was described that     I same counter is assigned to several items than this error can occur. But my counter is not assigned to anything (see Picture 2).

Any help is highly appreciated.
