The error you get in SMW01: "Assignment tax for country xx, sequence x, value x is not possible"

Is mostly likely due to the above assignment is missing in customizing. You can maintain it in the following path:

SPRO->Customer Relationship Management->Basic Functions->Taxes->Basic Settings->Tax Types and Tax Groups-> Assign Tax Groups to SAP ECC Tax Classifications (Product)
