HR Replication to non WFM integrated CRM system

Hi Gurus

We are replicating employees from an SAP ECC HR system into our SAP CRM 7.0 system.

We use the ALE Integration with IDocs, however the process is failing as we receive an error message along the lines of:

• Resource Key Not Known.

All of the OSS Notes on this subject refer to WFM, so I suspect there maybe configuration which needs to be adjusted to stop any WFM checks

I'm just not sure where to look for this configuration.

Any pointers in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated
