Hello Experts,
since several days we got a problem with a Inbound Queue ISP_S_000000000000013 (see attachment). I have rest the status several times and always it goes back to status SYSFAIL. The error message states: "Input - Error processing the SOAP Request":
This is what I did until now:
- Check if User is contained in File UserList.xml and if Email is correct -> All OK
- Reset of Status and Unlock Queue -> Same Result SYSFAIL again
- Check if Queue is registered.
Any ideas are welcome.
