Hi Rajesh,
On ECC, under txn. SMQS, unregister the CRM destination.
Then make a change in the BP and see if the R3AD_BUPA* queue is getting generated.
If not, there's a problem with event registration in TBE31. You might also want to check the filters set in CRMFILTAB for BUPA.
Then again, if you do see an outbound queue in ECC then I think on CRM you'd need to debug the inbound queue.
