Report (SE38) Job to convert ECC Quote to ECC Order at ECC system

HI Expert ,

I have a requirement to write se38 report to convert all ECC quote whose Price is greater than 100 $ to ECC sales order at ECC system . I am not aware about ECC system much , Please help me from where i start the report .

I am looking for technical answer like Fm to get Quote and FM that convert to Sales order .
