Re: In Bound queue status in SMQ2

Hi,

 

Based on the Queue names which are having the status " U - Unregistered", the data will not flow automatically to the CRM system.

 

CSA* is usually the queue naming convention for the data that go out of the CRM system.

 

Please check and register the queue if unregistered and let us know.
