i don't have much more idea about this but last time i have added few fields using aet in crm web ui what fields are stored in but000 and then same fields i have created in ecc kna1 table. i had applied one note to populate this data. go through this.

Exchange ECC customer master standard field with the CRM Z- fields (ECC -> CRM)
