Hi,

I guess "CA" stands for "Contract Account" and you are running a "CRM for Utilities" system. Hence the following business function (which is available as of CRM 7.0 EhP2) is probably the best you can get to fulfill your requirement:

But I'm not sure you can display the notes directly from the result list though... So you'll probably need to enhance the corresponding component to add the missing field.
