From your above description it looks like you have CVI in the ERP system. Since you are creating the BP and inbound queue created in CRM is R3AD_CUSTOME*. Normally R3AD_CUSTOME* created when the outbound from ERP has been initiated from customer master application.

                                                                      If outbound has been initiated from customer master then it can send only one address to the crm (since customer master can maintain only one address type).

So in your scenario if you have the CVI, you need to stop one outbound. According to your requirement you need stop the customer master outbound and let the BP outbound flow from ERP to CRM.
