Were you tried any other custom enhancement for including Telephone and e-mail ID for duplication check in TREX??
We are working on a custom enhancement proposed by Andrei Vishnevsky on Re: Execution of duplicate check for including Telephone Number.
Please share your suggestions if you have tried any custom enhancement for achieving this functionality.
