Thanks for the help. Recently I just analysed and found out that PERSNUMBER is the differentiating field. For Telephones(ADR2) address independent data if fetched based upon ADDRCOMM of BUT000 and in case of address dependent it fetches on the basis of PERSNUMBER of BUT000.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
