Please check the maximum number of parallel initial loads using the
MAX_PARALLEL_PROCESSES parameter in the SMOFPARSFA table. The standard
value in the 'Param. Value' field is 5.

Hello Anton,
The maximum number of loads and requests that can be processed simultaneously is defined in the table SMOFPARSFA under the MAX_PARALLEL_PROCESSES..The hierarchy in order of preference is initial load, request load, and then SDIMA.
There's no harm in updating the MAX_PARALLEL_PROCESSES from 5 to 10(or even 15 if your settings allow it).
For the rogue entries you see in SMOFRSTAT, just check the date these request loads were initiated.
If they're very old and there's no associated queue you can find for them in CRM/ECC you might as well set their status to DONE(after editing the table manually).

thx for your input.
I already increased MAX_PARALLEL_PROCESSES which resulted in more waiting rogue SMOFRSTAT-requests to pick processes and exhaust the maximum and keep running as well.
I checked the dated those entries were initiated and they are all older. Interesting about them is the fact that their REQNAME cannot be found in the definition table SMOFRQHD, and I assume that is the reason why they do not show up in tx. R3AR3 and therefore cannot be cancelled in a regular way.
Remains the question where they are originating from ...

Hello Anton,
That's strange. Unless the requests were hard-deleted(via code or manually) from the header table I don't see a reason as to how this could have happened.
Now for the solution to your problem, you might have to remove all R3AR* queues in SMQ1 and SMQ2 transactions on both CRM and ERP side. But exercise due caution before deleting these R3AR* queues and check if some of these have been initiated lately.
Then reset their statuses in SMOFRSTAT manually.
Then retry.

Change to Middleware
Hi experts
We have a requirement like In ECC Client wants to adding a very large number of "new" accounts to their system representing Trade Organizations needed by the Contracts team. We would like to prevent them from coming into CRM. Would it be possible to update the middle ware filter so that business partners with Customer Class = "TO" do not flow through to CRM ?
I have Done the setting in CRM Filter Option with the T code R3AC1
table name Field name OP LOW HIGH INCL/EXCL
KNA1 KUKLA NE TO ------- I Inclusive Define
Could you please help me on this how can restrict them in CRM. I have done the above setting and created on business partner in ECC. but i am able to see the same BP in CRM. Could you please help me on this. what settings i need to do in this.

Hi Rohit,
thx again for your valuable input.
From the bad requests' respectiv start times I assume they were created by a job thoug I didn't find one in the system for that times. So I assume it must be initiated by solution manager or something, Got to clear that out still.
Anyway, as you suggested, I set the runnin and waiting requests in SMOFRSTAT to DONE and started my download again - worked like a charm.

You had mentioned about the business partners in ECC. Are you trying to create customers in ECC system or Business partners in the ECC system? This is important because based on this filter can be assigned.

I have requirement to send mail/notification after the initial load of equipment from ECC to CRM.
Every time monitoring and refreshing is taking over nights efforts. Rather than checking that mail makes us simple.
Please provide me relavant methods and setting to implement and configure for the same.

Getting to debugging mode for BUPA_MAIN
Hi
I am new to ABAP and I am trying to get into the debug mode by setting a breakpoint in BUPA_MWX_BDOC_DOWNLOAD_R3A (Mapping Modules: R/2 to CRM) which is the inbound function module for BUPA_MAIN BDOC. THough i setup the breakpoint when I try to reprocess the failed bdoc it doesnt get me to the debug mode but just reprocess the bdoc. I assume I am supposed to activate some debugging mode if so please advise.

My reply was supposed to be for some other post. Sorry that it got posted for this question.
Anyhow, for your query - you can create a Ztable with respective fields relevant for email sending
Then lets assume that load is for business partners..so you can create a implicit enhancement in FM CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL and control mail sending from there using entries of above Ztable.
